Profile - Software Sales Consultant
Experience - (2 - 5) years
Qualification : Graduate degree or equivalent
- Respond to Inbound Leads, qualify them, move them through deal-making stages.
- Cold calling, making multiple outbound calls to understand prospective business' needs and offering solutions and support with the goal to convert them into qualified prospects.
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospects.
- Presenting and delivering information to prospects.
- Answering queries through emails and follow-up calls.
- Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
- Maintaining a database (HubSpot, Fresh Sales, Google Sheets, Sales Navigator etc.) of prospect's information.
Closing sales and working with prospects through the closing process.
- In-depth understanding of IT services sales / custom software development sales.
- Working with Pre sales and Engineering teams to determine the best solution to prospect's problem statement.
- Working with Finance and other teams to track monies and invoices.
Skills & Experience :
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers worldwide.
- Persuasive and goal-oriented.
- Self-motivated and self-directed.
- Knowledge of the end-to-end sales process.
- Minimum (2 to 5) years- experience in software sales; IT services sales experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM experience preferred
