Drive a systematic customer engagement program to strengthen relationships and build loyalty with key stakeholders as well as to create and nurture new relationships, turning them into long term partnerships.

- Create and nurture long-term relationships withcustomers: B2B, B2C.

- Ability to interact and communicate with all the stakeholders in a professional manner.

- Giving the absolute best in understanding, thinking, ideating, creating and working towards any task assigned.

- Communicate with colleagues and ensure cohesive innovation.- Respond to customer service issues in timely manner.

- Comprehend and resolve the stakeholders- concerns / requirements by gathering / recording an appropriate level of information to determine the nature of the request and the action required.

- Ensure complete participation and contribution in organization / process level initiatives that may be implemented from time to time to improve efficiency.

- Collaborate with internal teams to address stakeholders- needs.

- Track end to end complaint management and resolution and do root cause analysis where required.

- Develop training materials and coordinate training for all staff.

- Own up to meet the service level targets prescribed by the organization.

- Responsible for ensuring that correct and complete process knowledge is driven across all employees who are a part of the process.

- Be directly responsible towards fostering the development of the team through constant motivation
