We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to assist our customers when using our products and services. Customer Support Specialist's responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding product/service users through features and functionalities. For this role, one should be an excellent communicator who's able to earn our clients- trust. Ultimately, she will help establish our reputation as a company that offers excellent customer support after-sales procedures.
Responsibilities include :
1. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
2. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods.
3. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
4. Follow up to ensure that the issue is resolved.
5. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies.
6. Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat.
7. Monitor customer complaints and reach out to provide assistance
8. Gather customer feedback and share with relevant teams
9. Patience when handling tough cases
10. Take the extra mile to engage customers
11. Maintaining records of transactions and interactions
12. Generate sales lead
13. Experience using freshdesk software and remote support tools
