What do we expect from you?
- Handling complex accounts with end-to-end account management requisites. Making sure
everything is well driven along with required deliverables. Along, with payments, collections on time with cross-sell and up-sell of new business opportunities.
- Efficient in Account management, Client relations, Project execution, Team building.
- Adapt Handling IT sales and marketing operations to stimulate sales growth and realize organizational objectives
- Solution-driven, customer-centric professional with significant experience in handling aspects of- IT service functions,
- An effective communicator with good relationship building & interpersonal skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving & organizational abilities.
- Highly competitive, self-starter and goal-oriented professional with experience in IT Operations- (Web Development, SAAS, Mobile applications, Digital Marketing).- Devising & effectuating IT sales and Marketing programs/ Strategies to improve product/service awareness and enhance business growth.
- Conducting market research, trend & competitor analysis, prospecting customer approach, etc.- for market identification, penetration & conceptualizing sales promotional strategies.
- Taking care of the revenue with a focus on achieving predefined projects and growth. Forecasting and planning monthly & quarterly project progress targets and executing them in a given time frame
- Ensuring one on one meeting with the client for better business prospects.
- Coordinating with the BDE in terms of leads and new appointments.
- Approaching and meeting prospective clients wherein the Business Development Executive will get leads and make a pitch.
- Making presentations to the client on the Company's business.-
