The Responsibilities include :
- Outbound cold calls to potential customers and converting them into warm leads.
- Taking calls from Customers/Partners and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally
- Dealing with a wide range of products using a powerful information database.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Any Regular Graduate in any discipline, with minimum 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 of education is required
- Excellent Communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Should have minimum 1 Year of experience in Customer Support (Voice).
