Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as a PMS Sales and Investment Advisory Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial product sales, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach. This role involves engaging with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and prospective clients, pitching tailored investment solutions, and ensuring seamless customer onboarding.
Role and responsibilities:
1. PMS Sales:
- Engage with customers through tele calling to present and promote our PMS (Portfolio Management Services) products.
- Target existing Markets Mojo customers with portfolios above INR 50 lakh, leads generated from the website, attendees of roadshows, and other prospects from diverse data sources.
2. Investment Advisory Products:
- Proactively pitch investment advisory portfolios to leads where customers have funds below INR 50 lakh or are not interested in PMS. Provide comprehensive information on both PMS and investment advisory products to convert leads into successful sales.

- Assign leads to the mapped Customer Service Executive (CSE) post customer sign-up to facilitate the KYC process.
- Regularly follow up with customers to ensure timely completion of their KYC journey.
- Coordinate with CSE and back-office teams to ensure account activation within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
- Transition converted customers to Relationship Managers (RMs) for ongoing management and support.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Need 2-3 years of experience in selling investment products within a banking or financial services environment.
- Strong sales orientation, with a focus on achieving targets and delivering results.
- Customer-centric approach with exceptional communication abilities.
