Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Sales to lead our PMS division. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of direct and channel sales experience in the PMS industry, complemented by an MBA degree. This leadership role involves managing a team of Relationship Managers (RMs), onboarding and overseeing Channel Partners, setting and achieving PMS targets, managing existing client relationships, and organizing client roadshows and events. The Head of Sales will report directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Leadership:

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive the growth of our PMS offerings.

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Relationship Managers to achieve individual and team sales targets.

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners to expand distribution networks.

- Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase Assets Under Management (AUM).

- Onboard new Channel Partners and ensure they are well-integrated into the sales process.

- Organize and conduct client roadshows and events to promote PMS offerings and engage with potential clients.

- Client Relationship Management:

- Oversee the management of existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

- Provide clients with regular updates and insights into their portfolios and market trends.

- Address and resolve any client issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

- Strategic Planning and Execution:

- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to set sales targets and develop plans to achieve them.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in direct and channel sales within the Portfolio Management Services industry.

- Proven track record in a leadership role at a reputable PMS company.

- Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree is essential.

- Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and regulatory frameworks.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.

- Proficiency in organizing and leading client-focused events and presentations.
