Key Responsibilities :

1. Make outbound calls to potential clients or customers.

2. Explain products or services to clients and answer their questions.

3. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and details of inquiries

4. Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved.

5. Meet daily and monthly call quotas.

- Qualifications and Skills :

-For Fresher:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Excellent communication skills

.- Willingness to learn and adapt.

-For Experienced :

- Proven experience as a telecaller or in a similar role.

- Strong communication and persuasion skills

.- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
