Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop & Execute Marketing Strategies:
- Design and implement strategic marketing plans that align with overall business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing initiatives and maximize ROI.
Brand Positioning & Awareness:
- Strengthen the company's brand presence across digital and traditional channels.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency in messaging and visuals.
- Develop compelling content strategies to enhance brand storytelling of the organization & its clients.
Campaign Management:
- Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize based on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Lead Generation & Customer Engagement:
- Develop strategies to attract and nurture leads through inbound and outbound marketing efforts.
- Improve customer engagement through personalized marketing tactics.
- Utilize email marketing, social media, SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing techniques to drive revenue.
Analytics & Performance Tracking:
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key metrics.
- Generate reports and provide insights to improve future marketing strategies.
- Optimize marketing spend based on data-driven decision-making.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with sales, product, and other departments to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging marketing technologies.
Skills & Qualification:
- MBA in Marketing (Only from Top rated institutions)
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a marketing strategist, marketing manager, or similar role.
- Strategic Creative thinker and data-driven.
- Proven track record of achieving digital marketing success and strong attention to detail & handling projects worth 50 Lakhs to 1 Crore.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM software and content management systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Great leadership skills
- Helps shape the brand positioning and narrative while targeting the proper audience
- Creates marketing strategies to launch and market new products
- Ability to work with a team of marketing professionals
