Marketing Specialist (3-8 yrs)
Job Description/Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities :
1. Lead Generation and Campaign Management :
- Develop and execute paid digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to drive high-quality lead generation.
Create, optimize, and monitor performance across multiple channels to ensure maximum ROI.
- Analyze lead generation funnels, optimize for conversions, and reduce cost per lead.
2. Performance Marketing :
- Own the performance of paid campaigns, tracking key metrics (CPL, CAC, ROI) and continuously improving performance through data-driven decisions.
- Manage budgets and report on performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet business goals.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad copy, landing pages, and creative.
3. Content Strategy and Execution :
- Collaborate on content development (blogs, posts, reels, etc.) aimed at attracting, educating, and converting leads.
- Assist in the creation of landing pages, email campaigns, and promotional materials for specific campaigns.
4. SEO and Organic Growth :
- Work alongside the team to improve organic rankings and visibility through SEO best practices.
- Optimize website and landing pages for search engines to attract relevant traffic and convert visitors into leads.
5. Social Media and Community Management :
- Manage social media accounts, especially LinkedIn, to engage the target audience and build the brand presence.
- Develop and execute social media strategies to promote content, events, and lead generation initiatives.
6. Email Marketing and Automation :
- Build and execute email marketing campaigns, from lead nurturing workflows to client engagement campaigns.
- Implement marketing automation and CRM integration to improve lead tracking and conversion
7. Collaboration :
- Work closely with the marketing team for social media management, content creation, and campaign support.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure leads are followed up effectively and contribute to revenue growth.
8. Data Analysis and Reporting :
- Track and analyze marketing KPIs using tools such as Google Analytics, and other performance dashboards.
- Prepare monthly reports summarizing campaign performance, key learnings, and recommendations for future actions.
Desired profile of the candidate :
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads.
- Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, and email marketing tools.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and improve performance metrics.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and manage interns.
- Prior experience in wealth management or financial services is a plus.
