Marketing Specialist (3-6 yrs)
Profile Summary:
The Marketing specialist optimizes the company's marketing strategies based on the instructions from the Senior Manager to increase market share and competitiveness. This person assesses and prioritizes strategic opportunities, executes an ongoing set of traffic initiatives, analyzes the impacts of each marketing channel and program, and continually optimizes results. The Marketing Specialist will establish targeted customer and industry partnership networks. This person will also create web and social media marketing campaigns to drive the integrated marketing communications strategy and ensure all creative content is on-brand and optimized for web search and social media marketing.
Job Responsibilities :
- Analyze new social media marketing strategies to identify new opportunities and evaluate current marketing performance including traffic alongside SEM/SEO to ensure campaigns hit targets and ROI
- Perform competitor analysis toward an increased market share.
- Develop and manage persona-based marketing and branding strategies, including web and social media marketing campaigns, to drive an integrated marketing communications strategy.
- Establish targeted customer and industry partnership networks via LinkedIn and Twitter.
- Aware of channels like Quora, Reddit & others and how to generate and syndicate leads/traction from these platforms.
- Define most important social media KPIs & measure its success.
- Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Ability to research, identify relevant topics, fact-checking, and analyzing sources to generate quality content (Blog topics creation and syndication).
- Develop, proofread, and edit and produce internal and external written content based on the need.
- Coordinate and schedule different content and marketing needs based on the instructions from Senior Manager.
- Responsible for Press Release Expertise and Customer Touchpoint for Testimonials and Review Collections.
- Coordinate with in-house and external pool of writers
- Manage and maintain website edits including meta tags, content coordination, updates, and timely indexing of web content etc.
- Coordinate web leads with Sales to ensure all MQLs are being addressed in a timely manner
- Accountable for Marketing Reporting and Analytics.
- Planning and execution of lead generation strategies.
- Perform all other marketing activities.
Required Skills :
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills.
- Rich experience in creative writing and blogging.
- Exposure and understanding of latest technologies.
- Good knowledge about Google Analytics, Keyword Tools, social media tools and techniques.
- Intermediate SEO/SEM knowledge.
- Attention to detail is a must.
