Marketing Specialist (3-5 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Brainstorm creative ideas for marketing campaigns, content strategies for user acquisition and engagement.
- Create and implement effective marketing strategies & compelling product messaging to promote our services.
- Creating and managing marketing ad campaigns on meta, google, linkedin tailored to different target audiences.
- Build and maintain customer personas and create product marketing materials that correspond to each stage of the buyer journey.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Launch optimized online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook, etc. to increase company and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce marketing materials.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand voice and guidelines.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Use analytics tools to measure key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Knowledge of marketing trends and digital marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of marketing, sales, technology, and interpersonal communication.
- You should be a concise and coherent storyteller or copywriter.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Should be a self starter, take initiatives, be creative, inventive, and out-of-box thinker.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented, organized, proactive approach.
- Strategic thinker, self-motivated, intellectually curious, innovative, and resourceful.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Details:
- This is an entry level position.
- First 3 months would be an internship, which is converted into a full time job based on the performance.
- This is an in-office role(mandatory).
- This role requires immediate joining.
