Marketing & Sales Professional - Pharma/FMCG (8-14 yrs)
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Advanced graduate degree and excellent academic record required.
- Several years of experience in operational or strategic marketing with end or industry customers, or comparable experience in marketing science.
- Strong record of leadership in an academic, professional, or extracurricular setting.
- Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English and the local office language(s).
- Willingness to travel
WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH :
You'll work with our client's Marketing & Sales practice at consulting engagements. As a part of this practice, you'll focus on developing marketing and sales strategies for leading companies of all major industries, including consumer goods, financial services, retail, telecommunications, and logistics. Our clients benefit from their experience in core areas of marketing such as branding, customer insights, marketing ROI, digital marketing, CLM pricing, and sales and channel management.

WHAT YOU'LL DO :
- You'll play an active role in all aspects of client engagement in terms of providing expert service, advising clients, interacting directly with senior stakeholders of various firms and help them in transforming their Sales & Marketing process.
- Work day-to-day with our client's B2B sales team, to train, up-skill, and build capability in their client's sales team on the new way of working.
- Coach their client's sales team on how to implement and use the new tools, templates, and sales methodologies in the best way, through joint customer meetings, observing their sales and marketing process, etc.
- De-bottleneck issues being faced by the sales team, and highlight management help needed regularly.
- Work day-to-day with the full client's team, especially the Partners and experts involved, to ensure the best solution and way of working is being deployed for the client.
- Further, develop and refine - the new way of working- based on experience working with the client's sales team.
- Exposure in channel sales (distributor and retail sales), end-to-end account management.
- This includes gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing and communicating recommendations. You'll also have the opportunity to present results to client management and implement recommendations in collaboration with client team members.
