Marketing & Sales Coordinator (2-8 yrs)
Job description
Sales and Marketing Coordinator acts as a central point of contact, providing administrative and operational support to Marketing, Sales and pre-sales teams, ultimately contributing to sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Managing marketing materials, including collateral, digital assets, and promotional items.
- Managing social media platforms and website.
- Designing and editing social media creatives using AI-driven tools.
- Developing tailored presentations and content for marketing needs.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that align with company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign messaging and creative assets are on-brand and effective.
- Communicate campaign progress and results to key stakeholders, including senior leadership and sales teams.
- Assisting with sales RFP's, proposals, presentations, and demos.
- Maintaining accurate sales data, CRM updates, and reporting.
Qualification and Skills:
- Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or Operations role.
- Marketing automation: Hands on experience with AI tools and marketing automation tools..
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with various stakeholders.
- Organization: Strong time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks.
- Attention to detail: Accuracy in data entry, report generation, and document preparation.
- Interpersonal skills: Building and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Problem-solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to handle changing priorities and tasks.
- Proficiency in technology: Familiarity with CRM software, marketing automation tools, and other relevant software. (Zoho CRM, HubSpot)
- Dashboards and Reports : Proficient in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint and Excel) and MIS.
