1. Marketing Coordination :
Marketing & PR Activities :
Providing complete marketing solutions of products and services to potential customers via mediums of digital and traditional marketing practices. Handling all brand communications with respect to promoting business.
New Customer Generation (PR):
- Generating new leads
- Sending brochures, greetings, mailers & promotional ads to various prospective clients.
Customer Relationship Management :
- Handling II inquiries and requests of Client, and resolving the problems swiftly.
- Interacting with the Client via fax, phone, the internet, email, or in person to address directly the customer needs & issues.
- Following with complaints of Client, collecting previous due payments, issuing customer refunds.
- Client follow up in case of any new project or event. Database Management:
