Job Overview :
- Develop a social media strategy.
- Create original content.
- Determine how the brand should be perceived through key social media channels and industry-specific forums and communities.
- Responsible for telling interesting stories, interesting multimedia content, contests, announcements, etc.
- Execute aggressive campaigns be it brand awareness, product campaigns, customer focus, etc.
- Responsible for active guidance of social media eyeballs and traffic to this campaign.
- Interact with people on social media, get to know influencers, listen to social media chats and responses, ultimately making it easier for people to connect with brands.
- Dig deeper into the data to understand the gaps and come out enlightened with new ideas.
- Using social media marketing tools to gain marketing insights and maintain social media KPIs.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies, keep an eye on key trends and agility in conveying creative ideas.
