We are currently hiring for one of the leading chemical manufacturing companies.

Location : Mumbai

Industry (Mandatory) : Manufacturing (Personal Care, Chemicals, FMCG, F&B)

Experience : 3 to 5 years

Job Description :

1. Work with the sales and R&D teams to drive new developments of new projects

2. Identify areas and products that need a more strategic push and translate them into new ideas and suggest new strategies

3. Work with teams to generate product literature, brochures, and marketing material needed by the sales team to promote existing and new products effectively

4. Work on gathering market intelligence and data on trends in the industry including customer and competitor data

5. Analyze region-specific data to work on upcoming requirements in various markets

6. Coordinate and ensure relevant training is given to the sales team and other stakeholders on various topics including products and trends

7. Attend and prepare for various tradeshows, seminars, and webinars

8. Monitor and ensure regular functionality and updation of the website and other online marketing platforms

9. Manage multiple projects within stipulated timelines and guidelines

10. Support the sales team in various activities to grow the business

Education & Training :

- BA or BS in marketing, journalism, arts, graphic design, communications, or similar fields

- MBA is a plus

- Graphic Design background a plus

- Minimum 3-5 years work experience

Knowledge & Experience :

- Knowledge of the relevant market products and applications, including technical ability to discuss and recommend solutions to problems or demonstrate intellectual skill and motivation to learn the above knowledge within 6 months.

- Proven record of achieving objectives and targets.

- Good planning and organizational skills, ideally demonstrated through previous project management experience.

Skills & Abilities :

Communication Skills :

- Must have oral & written proficiency in the English language.

- Ability to communicate within multiple levels of an organization as well as within different global cultures

Computer Skills :

- Proficient in MS Office, including, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint presentations; Experience with design and website tools, such as Adobe products, Canva, or SiteCore, is essential.

Other Skills :

- Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking are required.

- Analytical capability with a keen eye for detail

- Must be proactive and be able to work independently to deliver work on time.
