The Job :
Your Responsibilities will include :
- Contributing to and driving continuous process improvement initiatives to meet business needs.
- Establishing project plans, resources, budgets and time-frames, and assigning tasks.
- Gathering, analyzing, defining and formalizing business requirements and processes into project / system specifications.
- Identifying, tracking and communicating progress, milestones, deliverables, risks and issues.
- Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs in line with brand plans and business priorities.
- Managing vendor relationship and deliverables.
- Working with content marketing and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customer's digital journey.
- Preparing project feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis and proposals and obtain required approvals from IT management and project sponsors.
- Reviewing and optimizing the design and content of all online assets including the company website and social media pages.
- Planning and control of the digital marketing budget and spend by allocating budgets to different channels.
- Using A/B testing to optimize digital marketing performance.
- Analyzing the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generating monthly reports on the digital marketing portfolio.
- Driving performance marketing via SEO / SEM, Facebook Ads, Google Ads and Display Ads.
- Planning and executing viral marketing campaigns across a range of social media platforms.
- Working on app store optimization.
- Regularly monitoring user analytics and using these insights to drive strategies to secure downloads and improve customer engagement.
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required:
- You possess a degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering or related field.
- You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within a Digital Marketing .
- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
- Experience within Social Media / Viral Marketing, App Marketing and Performance marketing would be a strong advantage.
- Experience within Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) would be a strong advantage.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
- You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments.
