Marketing Role - Advertising Firm (2-4 yrs)
Your broad goals will include:
- Create and drive a sales + marketing funnel with a defined final purpose of lead and revenue generation
- Design and implement all aspects of the digital marketing department including the marketing database, email and other ad campaigns, creating persona-driven content for different stages of the buying cycle to attract more relevant traffic and to expand our subscriber base.
- Performing extensive market research on the industry and work closely with other teams to discern most relevant topics for website.
- Creating awareness/excitement about our products and collecting leads by producing all types of content, vlogs, podcasts, videos, whitepapers, blog posts, and case studies. The topics will primarily be related to air pollution, data and the use of air quality data in multiple use cases.
- Managing blog calendar and content publishing for both tech blog and the marketing blog.
- Briefing the design team to produce images/infographics/diagrams that enrich our content pieces and get more engagement.
- Community building and driving engagement for our brand through social media and blog comments.
- Writing direct response copy for our landing pages to attract more leads into the marketing funnel.
- Nurturing prospects through weekly/monthly email newsletters.
- Initiating marketing strategies for content promotion to attract relevant traffic.
- Reaching out to industry influencers/experts for interviews.
- Plan and manage all our social media platforms, keep the pages updated with rich images and content for occasions and events
- Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
- Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
- Create campaigns needed for an effective product launch
- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaign's overall performance on a monthly basis Required Skills and Experience:
Requirements :
A minimum of 2-3 years experience in a digital marketing or advertising with an agency. Datair Technology Pvt. Ltd. In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics, SEO, SMM, SEM etc.,
- Use of Google display network, Google tag manager, ad pages (like unbounce)
- Have created or been a part of interesting growth hacks
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript will be desired
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
