Marketing Role (2-4 yrs)

Background & Experience of Candidate :
1. Proven experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in growth hacking, digital marketing, or a related field, with a successful track record of driving user growth and measurable results.
2. Analytical mindset : Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
3. Technical proficiency : Familiarity with growth hacking tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation software. Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), A/B testing tools, and marketing automation tools is preferred.
4. Creative thinking : Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative growth strategies and experiments.
5. Result-oriented : A self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset, focused on achieving measurable outcomes and meeting growth targets.
6. Collaboration skills : Excellent teamwork and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
