Music Marketing
- Designing and executing advertising campaigns to promote music artists
- Managing music marketing budgets
- Investigating unique marketing opportunities for boosting each artist's individual brand
- Analyzing music market conditions and the effectiveness of marketing plans on a regular basis and working with other departments and outside partners to maximize the growth of artists' audiences and fan bases.
- Coordinating promotional activities on music channels, acquired film music and music videos produced and presented by the brand.
- Lining up interviews, specials, and digital content shoot with music channels for content, handling interview shoots on ground with artists.
Partnerships & Alliances :
- Building & sustaining partnerships with streaming platforms, radio & television channels
- Lead communication and strategy with television, radio & streaming partners for visibility of products including airplay rotations, playlist seeding, social media live streams, interview pitches and more.
- Responsible for creating in collaboration with the reporting manager a 360-Sales strategy for the Music Label.
- Responsible to collectively achieve the Business targets as approved by the Management
- Responsible to upscale the New Music Label Brand and market penetration
- Responsible to oversee the Competitor analysis
- Responsible to Acquire Good Content on behalf of the Label
- Assisting in the implementation of the Marketing and Branding activities on a as and when basis.
Operations :
- Responsible for Title registrations of New Talents appointed
- Responsible for the overall Due Diligence of the New Talents
- Collaborate with the Legal Team on new Business Acquisitions
- Responsible for catalogue growth in the non-film music space
- Management of the product life-cycle within the eco-system, liaising with multiple internal teams to ensure a seamless process
- Responsible for identifying the artist/product, negotiation, paperwork/contract, audio/video QCs, art-work, invoicing leading up to the product release.
Networking & Collaboration :
- Liaise with Internal and external stakeholders
- Network with Singers/ Artists/New Upcoming Talents in the Music Industry
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with labels, artists, and their management teams.
