Job Title : Marketing Research and Analyst

Location : Bavdhan, Pune

Qualification : Bachelor in engineering, or any technical degree

Experience : 4-8 Years

Roles and Responsibilities :

The incumbent shall be responsible for generating new business and maintaining a good brand image of the company with various marketing initiatives with a focus on the following areas :

1. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.

2. Collect and analyze data from various sources including surveys, interviews, market reports, and databases.

3. Interpret data to generate actionable insights and recommendations for business strategy development.

4. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing research findings and strategic recommendations.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate market insights into product development, marketing strategies, and business planning.

6. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to provide timely insights and recommendations.

7. Utilize statistical techniques and market research methodologies to ensure the accuracy and reliability of findings.

8. Present research findings to internal stakeholders, clients, or external partners as needed.

9. Maintaining a stable knowledge base of the business's industry, competitors, and regulatory activity.

C. Type of Organisation Where the Candidate Should Have Worked- Air Pollution Control Equipment Industry,

Special Purpose Machinery, Material Handling Equipment industry, Turnkey project industry.

Educational & Technical Qualifications :

a. Minimum Qualification - Bachelor in Engineering, or Any Technical Degree

B. Additional Qualification(S) Desirable- Master's Degree in Business Administration Specializing in Marketing. Certifications in Marketing and Digital Marketing Are Also Acceptable

Essential Job Knowledge :

2. Familiarity with statistical analysis software and data visualization tools.

5. Proficiency in interpreting financial and market data to extract meaningful insights.
