Urgent hiring for Marketing (Beauty / Cosmetic Products Industry).
Position : Marketing Professional
Gender Preference - Female candidates
Base Location - Andheri, Mumbai
Total Experience required - 2-3 years
Preference to candidates from Cosmetics industry.
Age - Below 35 years
Qualification - PG in Marketing
Working Days - 6 Days (Mon - Sat)
Key Skills required -
- Strong sensitivity to the beauty industry, product appreciation and an eye for aesthetics.
- Knowledge of Indian retail dynamics and the retail environment.
- Financial knowledge and experience in managing a P&L, expansion analysis, sales forecasts.
- Integrated-communication campaign planning.
- Experience in leading teams to achieve strong results.
- Ability to create new concepts and a brand vision.
- Strong presentation/communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire.
- Commercial acumen, driven by targets.
- Social media and digital experience.
- JD - To define Brand strategies in line with the international brand positioning, contributing to achieve year-on-year growth by driving new product launches and pillar product focus.
- Oversee and guide brand development, manage the priorities of the portfolio to ensure an optimum offering to the local market.
- Conceptualizing shopper communication strategies.
- Listen to and develop a deep understanding of local consumers and generate new insights to inspire the beauty industry.
- Monitor local trends and feedback to ensure each new product launch is has maximum impact and leverage the existing products.
- Liase with manufacturing partners to ensure the best blend of product and packaging.
- Monitor sales trends and modify / formulate strategies for maximum impact.
- Develop 3600 marketing plans for activation of new products etc.
- Lead local adaptation of advertising materials; influence media and promotion recommendations.
- Manage the budget and the financial implications of forecasts, working closely with the Financial Controller.
- Mobilise other departments to support marketing strategies.
