Marketing Professional (5-8 yrs)
Wea are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Personnel to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing digital marketing strategies, staying informed about the latest developments in the pharmaceutical industry, identifying new companies, sharing marketing materials, and generating leads. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and a keen interest in the pharma sector.
Key Responsibilities :
Digital Marketing :
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., social media, email, website).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Manage and update the company's website and social media profiles to ensure up-to-date and engaging content.
- Utilize SEO best practices to increase the visibility and ranking of the company's online presence.
Industry Research :
- Stay informed about the latest trends, news, and developments in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Identify and research new companies, startups, and emerging players in the pharma sector.
- Compile and distribute regular industry reports and updates to the team.
Lead Generation :
- Identify and generate new business leads through various marketing strategies and tools.
- Develop and maintain a database of potential clients and companies within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities.
Content Creation and Sharing:
- Create and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, newsletters, and case studies.
- Ensure all marketing collateral is consistent with the company's brand guidelines and messaging.
- Share relevant content and updates with clients and prospects through appropriate channels.
Performance Tracking and Reporting :
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the Marketing Manager and senior management team.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical or executive search industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
- Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM tools).
- Keen interest in the pharmaceutical industry and its latest developments.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website management.
- Familiarity with lead generation techniques and tools.
