Inference is a mobile and web platform exclusively for doctors to watch recorded and live CME videos. Doctors can record and share academic videos, medical associations can host and stream online events, hybrid events or even broadcast physical events. Doctors can login and watch CME videos from any specialty across the world.
The Job :
Description of the Role :
- Design and implement automated workflows to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Develop and implement marketing attribution models to accurately measure the impact of marketing efforts on business outcomes
- Create and/or maintain cross-channel marketing automation campaigns for various Events, Subscriptions, etc.
- Automation of remarketing on various channels
- Plan and manage performance marketing to effectively engage and retain users on our platform
- Integrate data from various sources into Martech stack, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
- Regularly monitor data quality metrics (e.g., missing values, inconsistencies, duplicates, etc.) and implement processes to identify and address data quality issues promptly.
- Create detailed maps and documentation outlining how data flows through the Martech stack, identifying data sources, transformations and destinations.
- Provide training and support to marketing team on Martech tools, best practices and techniques to enhance their effectiveness and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot technical issues with Martech tools and ensure their smooth operation. Stay updated on new tools features and updates to optimize their usage.
- Extract and analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of marketing automation efforts and provide actionable insights to improve return on investment.
Ideal Candidate :
Requirements :
- 5+ years of experience in marketing technology, product management, or related roles.
- Proficiency in marketing platforms, automation, analytics tools, and data integration solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify inconsistencies, errors, and flow issues, and then develop solutions to address them.
- Basic understanding of APIs, data integration, and data pipelines is an add-on.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in data management and analysis.
- Super detail-oriented and meticulous with work.
- Strong time management & prioritization skills.
- Self-motivated and excited to work on different projects.
Please note : Currently we use direct marketing channels like SMS, emailers, whatsapp, push notifications to reach our target audiences. Knowledge of marketing, automations and remarketing on social media platforms including Linkedin, X, youtube, etc. would be an added advantage.
