Marketing & PreSales Executive (0-4 yrs)
Job Role: Marketing and PreSales Executive
Location: Andheri - West (Oshiwara), Mumbai
What You Do:
You will be calling both warm and cold leads, you will be encouraged to think outside the box and source your own leads, research domestic, international companies and obtain contact details and basic operating information using marketing techniques.
Maintain existing client relationships, in particular, those which are not actively in contact with the sales team
Create hot leads; collate information on clients, their specific industry.
Actively manage the client database to ensure information is accurate and kept up to date for direct mailing activities.
Identify past prospects due for follow up calls.
You must have:
Essential Skills and Experience: An outbound caller with demonstrable success in telesales, telemarketing or lead generation Intelligent and quick-witted.
Excellent oral communication skills and superb listening skills combined with a professional phone manner, a consultative approach, and tone of voice.
Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Confident in overcoming rejection and setting challenging goals on a daily basis.
Must be able to work accurately, under pressure, to meet strict deadlines, and work with staff. The ideal person will be money orientated, a strong closer, who strives to exceed targets and is happy to spend the majority of their day on the phone.
