Position Overview :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, experience coordinating with cross-functional teams, and a strong background in backend marketing tasks. Proficiency in InDesign and Photoshop is essential.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate effectively with various departments, including sales, product development, and design teams, to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Utilize InDesign and Photoshop to create and edit marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and other promotional content.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams and external partners to support marketing operations and resolve any issues promptly.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and goals.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the marketing operations function and implement best practices to enhance workflow and productivity.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with InDesign and Photoshop: Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop for creating and editing marketing materials.
