Key Responsibilities :
Process management :
- Routine coordination with procurement team on purchase requirement
- Managing purchase requisitions (PR), service orders (SO) etc in SAP Coordination
- Internal stakeholders like procurement, finance, logistics
- Third party vendors and service providers
- With regional and state JMD marketing teams
Reporting :
- MIS reporting / periodic dashboards
- SAP reporting
- Timely sharing of reports with all stakeholders
Reconciliation :
- Budget reconciliation
- POSM reconciliation
- Compliance related reconciliation
