About the Role:
We are a fast-growing, US-based e-commerce company operating in stealth mode, looking for a Marketing Operations & Communication Specialist to streamline marketing processes, manage calendars, and ensure clear communication across internal teams. This role is critical in aligning marketing initiatives, coordinating stakeholders, and optimizing execution for seamless campaign management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Calendar Management: Create, update, and track monthly marketing calendars.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Ensure seamless communication across marketing, creative, and leadership teams.
- Creative Deliverables: Ensuring creatives are delivered and maintaining similar tone of voice across channels.
- Project Tracking: Monitor campaign timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
- Campaign Support: Align execution across performance marketing, content, and design teams.
- Process Optimization: Improve workflows for efficient marketing execution.
- Reporting & Documentation: Track key metrics, maintain reports, and document SOPs.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5-7 years in marketing operations, project management, or marketing communications (e-commerce/DTC preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Airtable, etc.).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing workflows and execution.
