Marketing Officer - BFSI (8-12 yrs)
- Plan, implement and manage marketing strategy to drive the organization to that future market position and execute on that strategy.
- Implement an online reputation management strategy to monitor, resolve, engage, uplift the reviews, feedbacks, articles, posts, tweets, etc.
- Analyze the company's marketing strategy and suggest improvements.
- Design the organizational setup that prepares the company for success. Also, you have a strong eye for talent as you will be hiring the right people to grow your team.
- Lead teams in multiple locations as well as various external teams located across the world.
- Oversee marketing campaign design and execution for marketing campaigns.
- Overseeing the development and placement of the creative elements that position the company in the marketplace.
- Manage the global communication and create all the marketing collateral.
- Constantly researching and assessing the market and the company's position in it.
- Directing the company's public relations efforts, or working in conjunction with internal and external public relations teams to create a coordinated message.
- Review and manage content marketing strategy.
- Use data and reports to make evidence-based decisions.
- Lead Brand management by the practice of creating a relationship between the company's products and the target market.
- Coordinate and align marketing, and customer success to ensure an effective end to end customer experience.
- Create the right culture for the distributors and internal teams.
- Implement a strategy with the Customer Success team to analyze the competitors- customer satisfaction in different online and social media channels for engaging them to become our customers.
- Contribute to creating an environment where diversity of thought and experience is welcomed and encouraged.
- Industry knowledge and knowledge of the company, products, and services.
- Keep the marketing budget in check.
