Job description

- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy in alignment with the companys business objectives and goals.

- Lead the creation of the brand strategy, ensuring consistent and impactful brand positioning across all channels.

- Oversee the go-to-market strategies for new product launches and campaigns.

- Build a customer-centric marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with target audience needs and behaviors.

- Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.

- Developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to promote the channel.

- Creating campaigns to enhance brand awareness and increase audience engagement.

- Candidate will be responsible for handling the overall marketing function of Multi-speciality

Segments.

- Will be responsible for launching new products & strategizing on strengthening the existing

brands.

- Should be creative, innovative & effective in handling product management team.

- Responsible for preparing & implementation of Marketing Plan & promotional strategies.

- Oversee designing of promotional / communication strategies for various brands of the organization

- Customers oriented campaign & special activities for priority products & for Key Opinion Leaders.

- Managing social media platforms and online marketing efforts.

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop promotional content.

- Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and viewer data to optimize marketing efforts.

- Overseeing advertising campaigns and liaising with external agencies.

Skills and Qualifications

- Strong communication skills : Both written and verbal communication are critical to developing and executing effective campaigns.

- Digital marketing expertise : Experience with social media platforms, SEO, and online advertising will give you an edge.

- Analytical mindset : You should be able to analyze data and market trends to make informed decisions.

- Team player : The role involves collaboration with various departments, so being a team player is essential.
