Marketing Manager - Market Development - FMCG (7-12 yrs)
Job Description :
- Develop and manage the complete lifecycle of Influencers from Awareness Creation to Trial Generation to Repeat Usage to Acquisition / Conversion.
- Lead the planning and deployment of influencer engagement programs both digitally and on-ground.
- Lead and drive the technology integration in the Sales & Marketing through development and implementation of app/web based interface for Secondary Sales/Influencer engagement.
- Work with sales team and other stakeholders to ensure revenue and market share objectives are met, in line with company's overall strategy and goals.
Salary: INR 18,00,000 - 20,00,000 P.A.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- MBA (Full Time) - Prefer from top B- School
- Experience range minimum 5 years (7-10 years bracket).
- Experience of working in a Marketing development role in Adhesives, Paints, FMCG, Consumer Durables, Lighting, Influencer Led Categories like Engine Oils etc.
- Experience in Capability development of Marketing Team, marketing ROI.
- Should have done 2 / 3 yrs of Trade Marketing / Customer Loyalty Programs
- Reporting to: Head Marketing
