Marketing Manager - FMCG (5-8 yrs)
JOB DESCRIPTION :
1. Analyze how our brand is positioned in the market and crystallize targeted consumers insights
2. Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals and strategies.
3. Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go to market strategies
4. Lead creative development and create motivating stimulus to get targeted population to take action
5. Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
6. Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
7. Coach the team and get the best from everyone.
8. Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
9. Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy
10. Monitor product distribution & consumer reactions
11. Anticipate bottlenecks
12. Brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies
13. Align the company around the brands direction, choices & tactics.
14. Product technicalities & understanding
15. Should have experience in Visual Merchandising of Outlets.

3. Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix
4. High creative with ability to think out of box
5. Experience in identifying target audiences and devising campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
6. Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
7. Strong analytical skills and data driven thinking.
8. Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Up to date with latest trends and marketing best practices
10. Comfortable working with numbers, metrics and spreadsheets
11. Excellent command of the English language
12. BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
13. 5 to 8 years (in luxury Retail or FMCG)
