Marketing Manager - Client Engagement - Media/Hospitality (2-7 yrs)
The Client Company is currently looking for a culturally astute Client Engagement Manager .
This individual will be responsible for all social media engagement through our website and social media channels.
Responsibilities
- Respond to new, and service existing client queries from all over the world.
- Be the primary owner of Company's proprietary client management system and website
- Ensure Companies Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram pages are up to date with interesting and relevant content.
- Generate management insight reports and analytics to draw insights and focus areas
- Work with Business Development associates to ensure a strong renewal rate and overall happy and satisfied clients.
Essential Experience
This is a multi-faceted hands-on position that would require someone with a very strong, independent work ethic. Excellent writing skills are necessary. In addition to the client servicing, he/she will also be responsible for developing documentation of business policies and practices, giving this role a quasi HR feel.
- At least five years of post-graduate work experience in a fast paced, customer centric environment
- Demonstrated track record in successful social media management
- Excellent time and organizational management skills
- Native Fluency in written and spoken English
- Not a 9-5 mentality. This role will require occasional hours over the weekend and evenings
- Mumbai based
