Marketing Manager - Category Development - FMCG - IIM/XLRI/FMS/MDI (5-7 yrs)
Job Profile:
- Developing & Launching of New Products and Brands in Chocolates & Confectionary Category to meet identified Consumer Needs.
- Interaction with various Stakeholders like Research Agencies, SBU and Business Control in developing the Product.
- Ensuring Quality & Timeliness of New Product Development & Launch.
- Also Responsible for MC & EBITA of the New Products.
Candidate Profile:
- MBA from a Premier Institute (IIM / XLRI etc.) with 5 - 7 years exp in Marketing Function.
- Should have Good Understanding of Consumer, Brand Management & FMCG Trade Structure.
- Knowledge of Chocolates & Confectionary Market is Desired
