Position Purpose:
- Role involves calling New and Existing customers to generate Sales Ready Leads. And contribute to AP Sales Revenue
- Passing qualified Sales Ready Leads to Sales Engineers. Achieve revenue target assigned to the position
- Acquiring NEW customer sites and generate incremental & total revenue to the company.
- Reaching out to customers in Northern states and generate INR 5 million revenue for the company.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Calling prospects on database provided by Team lead / surfing on net for lead generation.
- Outbound and Inbound calling and passing qualified Sales Ready Leads to Sales Engineers as specified in KPI.
- Add contacts to Accounts with 100% contact profile depth.
- Achieve revenue from new customers by generating leads from NEW customer sites.
- Achieve total revenue from customers/prospects by generating leads from our existing/new customer sites.
- No leadership role is assigned to this position. He/She will be given detailed product training, & Training on the TLG SOP- s
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Science Graduate / Diploma Holder.
- Minimum 1 yr. of working experience in Telemarketing. Experience in Outbound lead generation for technical / industrial products & solutions would be an added advantage
- Excellent Communication Skills - English, Hindi, regional language from North India will be an added advantage
- High competency with prospect engagement on phone is essential.
- Working knowledge of CRM (SFDC) would be preferred advantage.
- Experience with tele-calling for technical / industrial products is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Excel & internet surfing.
- Has to be disciplined & productive in overall working. Has to be a team player.
