My Client is a leading high-end jewellery/ fashion/ accessory manufacturer. The company is one of the largest manufacturers in its sector within India.
My Client is taking huge steps to expand and to move into new areas. They are entering the next level and exploring new territories, covering new wide ranges of products and categories.
Reports to : Director
Location : Mumbai, South
Experience : 10 years and more
Creative direction for brand, communication, product design and above/below the line material
Key Responsibilities :
- Capable of convincing distributors on Company's terms
- Manage and execute the marketing strategy for the brand
- Manage all the communications for the Brand
- Issue the catalogues to communicate the products and brand for various occasions and collections
- Develop consumer interaction initiatives at various occasions to increase consumption and brand presence
- Run the consumer research for the brand/category to generate insights to grow the business
- Communicate regularly with the sales force to evaluate the market conditions/trends and give recommendations to Director
- Analyse the competitive moves and issues quarterly summary to management with recommendations
Skills / Must have qualities/ Essential Requirements :
- Experience in luxury consumers (in order of priority Jewellery, watches, gifts, fashion, cosmetics, fragrances and preferably not pure mass FMCG), high Fashion industry brand.
- Developed marketing strategies and programs to grow the sales and share
- Capabilities to analyse markets, data to define priorities and strategic changes for the Company
- Fluent English, young and presentable
