Marketing Executive - Real Estate (1-3 yrs)
Job Title / Designation : Marketing Executive
Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate :
- Forward the Enquirers of Clients generated from Site/Apartment/Villa/Residence.
- Creating New Contacts & Streams to get new Data Base to the Company.
- Liaison with other Sales /CRM / Personals to get Site Client Prospects from Different Apartments.
- Collect all Marketing information from Site/Sales/CRM/Marketing/Web or any other.
- Meet Prospective Clients along with Company Portfolio & Pictures for Proposals and all Finalization will be done by Proprietor.
- Coordinate with Estimation for the Costing and Quotation / Offers to Client.
- Client Registration on Confirmation.
- Mandatory Skills Set: Good Communication Skills
- Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: 1 year minimum
Annual CTC : Flexible for the right candidate

Work Timings / Working Day s: 10am-6pm, Monday to Saturday-6 days
