- Responsible for successful operation of Portals.
- Responsible for successful campaign of Email Marketing & Whats app Marketing
- Follow up leads to convert them as consumers
- Responsible to co - ordinate with team for timely delivery of product & services
- Monitor customer feedback and be the main point of contact for all website queries.
- Create & maintain the websites content and ensure all content is up to date as well as all Pages, products & prices on the site are correct & updated
- Create & implement tactical offers to support specific products and target specific market & have good knowledge of email campaign
