Position Overview :
The main areas of focus would be healthcare and core strategy/general private equity (which will include exposure to different verticals like consumers, building materials, industrials, education and infrastructure segments).
The role will support across client development and marketing functions for the above-mentioned sectors, with exposure to the full client development pipeline, from research enabling lead generation to targeted marketing campaigns, to events and client meetings, through to engagement initiation and IP generation.
The individual in this role will gain exposure to the business development approach of a fast-moving and international company that works across SEA and India.
Major Responsibilities :
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for client development and marketing administration for our healthcare and core strategy practice across Southeast Asia.
This includes, but is not limited to :
- Developing and managing production and delivery of marketing collateral
- Developing / keeping updated standard credentials
- Developing and updating team CVs
- Managing and updating contact lists in CRM systems
- Researching and supporting planning for events, including identifying and targeting potential clients, registering event attendees, supporting presentation development for events.
- Developing and sending email campaigns and newsletters
- Supporting knowledge management through proposals tracking and case conclusion
- Setting up tracking systems for online marketing activities
- Collaborate with the design department to produce promotional materials (collateral, videos, infographics etc.)
- Support content generation (social media copy, blogs, articles etc.)
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading trade publications
- Coordinate and collaborate with L.E.K.'s global digital marketing team, and, as appropriate, with colleagues in other regions
Candidate Requirements :
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills
- Excellent academic and/or professional record
- Strong capabilities in Excel and Powerpoint, with aptitude for learning
- Strong quantitative capabilities and facility with data-driven analytics
- Demonstrated interest in international business and client development
- Comfort with ambiguity, a fast paced business environment, and an international work remit
- Enthusiasm and passion for putting skills to action
Candidate Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Internship or work experience in a related field, with a focus on marketing/communications
- Previous experience in healthcare/life sciences is an advantage
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems is preferred
