Marketing & Communications Manager (2-5 yrs)
A marketing and communications manager's role is to supervise and direct the workflow in relation to marketing, advertising and public relations along with facilitating interdepartmental communications and managing external communications. The marketing management side of the job involves the development and refinement of marketing goals, pricing strategies, promotional activities and branding in consultation with management, marketing staff and clients.
Directing market analysis and research to identify trends and opportunities is another marketing job duty. The chief concern of communications management is the public's perception of a product, brand or company. Directing the creation of internal communications, press releases and speeches given by executives, as well as Web or social media presence, is all in the domain of communications management.
Job Description (Key Role):
- Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives and managing all marketing activities for the company.
- Creation and publication of all marketing material in line with marketing plans. Planning and implementing promotional campaigns and also preparing online and print marketing campaigns.
- Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity.
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications.
- Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
- Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.
- Work in close relation with the Business Development Manager.
- Candidate will be required to work and travel within India and also Dubai, Thailand, Singapore and travel frequently. Passport is Mandatory.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and promote the company's services objectives.
