Marketing & Communication Role (3-10 yrs)
Primary role: Managing and driving the India Alumni Program
- Managing external and internal platforms for the Alumni - related information. Keeping it updated, relevant and suggesting approaches to innovate
- Managing the database and driving alumni registrations
- Working as part of the BMC team to provide support on marketing initiatives/campaigns across multiple channels. Support in developing communication plans and marketing collaterals to support the team to build engaging campaigns for the alumni community
- Plan, create and effectively communicate alumni initiatives, internally and externally and across channels - digital, physical and virtual events, publications, engaging campaigns, Social media
- Conceptualising and steering digital campaigns - creating engaging communication to be leveraged across social media channels
- Conducting and analysing surveys
- Managing the vendors/agencies
- Collate relevant information by co-ordinating with internal stakeholders and develop content for updating the alumni community across the firm after requisite approvals
- Actively track global campaigns and identify any that can be leveraged at an India level
- Develop and deliver communications strategies, key messages and detailed plans
- Assisting the team with other BMC related initiatives, processes and reportage
Skillset required:
- Proficient in verbal and written English
- Technical skills such as MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Comfort with digital and online tools, platforms and processes. Well versed with social media and evolving digital channels and be able to leverage them effectively
- Ability to communicate and engage effectively at all employee levels (including upwards).
- Ability to collaborate, team and network across teams
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Demonstrate excellent project management skills
- Advanced listening and interpretation skills
- Creative, innovative thinking
- Strong deadline-orientation and ability to work under tight deadlines and manage time accordingly
- Media exposure preferable
