Marketing Automation Specialist (3-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Business Operations teams to execute campaigns, including identifying target segments and creating campaign assets such as emails, landing pages, forms, etc.
- Develop and maintain cross-channel marketing automation campaigns for events, subscriptions, ABMs, etc.
- Find, Identify and exact prospects from various industries and manage them within the CRM.
- Work with events, performance marketing, product marketing, and customer success teams to understand campaign requirements and deploy them according to a marketing calendar.
- Maintain customer and prospect segmentation, recommending appropriate targets, ensuring optimal communication frequency, and managing email responses.
- Utilize dynamic content and tokens for personalized campaigns within Zoho.
- Document and implement scalable marketing automation processes, ensuring customer data privacy.
- Prioritize tasks, identify trends, and manage escalations with clear status updates and stakeholder communication.
- Maintain data hygiene and field management across systems and integrations.
- Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, nurturing, and conversion.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing optimization insights and recommendations.
- Manage the marketing automation platform, including user administration, data management, and system maintenance.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in marketing automation and email marketing.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing automation experience, preferably with Zoho Marketing Automation.
- Excellent copywriting skills, capable of creating engaging emails.
- A proactive learner who stays updated with the latest tools, techniques, and trends.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and their integration with marketing automation platforms.
- Proficiency in creating and managing marketing automation workflows, lead scoring models, and email campaigns.
- Knowledge of reporting and analytics tools to measure campaign performance.
