Seeking a Marketing Automation Email Specialist to drive effective marketing communications. Responsibilities include template development, test strategies, and campaign support. The ideal candidate is proficient in HTML/CSS, with expertise in marketing automation platforms. Strong communication and collaboration skills are a must, along with attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage digital templates (emails, landing pages, programs) in the marketing automation platform.
- Ensure designs meet Company/Organization brand standards across devices and browsers.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to boost traffic and revenue.
- Assist in executing marketing campaigns, including creating emails, landing pages, and tracking placements.
- Support automated lead generation programs.
- Understand lead scoring and nurturing for effective campaigns.
- Provide reports on key campaign metrics.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on marketing automation best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques.
- Follow proper processes for email and marketing automation.
- Meet internal SLAs and coordinate across time zones.
- Demonstrate expertise in Marketing Automation Platforms.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience, specializing in marketing automation platforms like Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Pardot.
- Proficient in HTML/CSS for creating responsive emails and landing pages.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in marketing automation and CRM.
- Well-versed in B2B lead generation techniques.
