Roles and Responsibilities :

- Work with a cross-functional team to define email marketing campaigns and asset management required to support the campaigns.

- Document/Create campaign project deliverables and ensure that final output is delivered according to campaign project timeline and requirements.

- Develop email campaigns using HTML authoring tools

- Perform first level quality control testing.

- Work with client on briefing process (if required) and help them with better targeting as well as utilize Adobe Campaign's technical capabilities in best possible manner

- Report progress to the Email Development Manager and project team as necessary.

- Participate in project meetings as needed for program kick-off, asset hand-off and other requirements related discussions.

- Collaborate with team members and email vendor to establish, review, and uphold development standards.

- Identify the root cause of any email issues discovered and recommend solutions.

- Work with email vendor to resolve and troubleshoot issues as necessary.

- Keep abreast of changes in browser capabilities and multimedia development standards.

- Recommend measures to improve work process methods to ensure the highest quality work output possible.

- Meet project timelines and follow department processes for managing workload.

- Assist in creating and updating department process documentation as needed.

- Utilize System Development Life Cycle (analysis, design, etc.) where appropriate.

- Estimate and manage project-based work.

- Identify areas of improvement and stay abreast of email marketing trends.

- Verify interface requirements.

- Analyze the current technology processes and infrastructure and recommend process or technology improvements to improve quality, increase efficiency, or improve client service.

- Assist in other email campaign marketing services work as necessary.
