You will support our existing campaign efforts across lifecycle and paid acquisition channels while helping identify and leverage opportunities to improve member retention and subscription rates.

What You'll Do :
- Monitor, optimize, and report on performance for ongoing acquisition and lifecycle campaigns, including Email, In-App Messages, Push Notifications, Paid Search, and Social Media
- Maintain and improve efficiency of key touchpoints throughout the customer journey, from acquisition to engagement, conversion, and retention
- Generate ideas for how to improve metrics, then conceptualize, build, and analyze A/B tests designed to assess their impact
- Collaborate with teammates across Marketing, Design, Product, and Data Analytics to inform and develop campaign strategies
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to set and adjust priorities informed by evolving marketing opportunities and the product roadmap
- Gain or deepen your experience with major advertising and analytics platforms such as Braze, Google, Bing, Apple Search, and Facebook

WHAT YOU HAVE :
- 2+ years of demonstrated success optimizing marketing and/or business performance through data-based decision-making
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets
- Sharp insights and observations related to how the user experiences and product touch points you interface with could be improved
How You Can Stand Out :
- An impressive Lumosity streak, long-standing Lumosity account, or high score on a particular game.
- Experience designing, executing, and analyzing A/B tests
- Experience using SQL to extract meaningful insights from a database
- Experience with Braze or similar lifecycle marketing tools, Google Ads, Google Analytics
- Background in psychology or cognitive sciences
