What is the role of a Customer Service Representative?
We are currently seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and reliable Customer Service Representative to join our ever-growing team of professionals. In this role, you will interact with prospective customers one-on-one on a daily basis, addressing concerns and fielding questions.
Responsibilities :
- Manage large amounts of calls
- Identify prospective customers for the legal accounts.
- Identify and assess customers- needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
- Provide and manage reports / data.
Requirements :
- Proven customer support experience or experience.
- Exposure to handling queries with international clients (US / UK).
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
