Market Cube - Manager - Social Media (4-8 yrs)
At Market Cube, social media powers all marketing activities. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for distributing and amplifying our brand among B2B audiences globally. Responsibilities:
- Own and manage all organic and paid activities on our Group's social media platforms
- Plan and monitor social media spend to a budget
- Create social media post content focused on a range of topics such as news, industry events, employee engagement, thought leadership etc.
- Identify opportunities to boost brand engagement and lead generation through social media. Develop and implement growth hacks, primarily on LinkedIn and Twitter
- Manage brand and campaign analytics using native platforms, GA, and social media automation tools. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports to update top management
- Create targeted audience lists for social media campaigns across multiple channels
- Support the digital marketing team with search and display ads
- Manage brand's social media reputation and collaborate with design, content, and strategy teams
- Keep track of industry competitors- activities and digital trends
- Ensure all social media activities are on-brand and consistent in terms of style and quality
Requirements:
- UG: Any specialization
- Proven success in B2B social media marketing with minimum 2 years of experience. Hands-on experience managing ad campaigns at scale on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook
- Good knowledge of social media automation tools such as Hootsuite, Sproutsocial,
- Good knowledge of Google Analytics
- Creative eye and mindset with deep data analysis skills
- Experience in SEO and Search/Display ads are a plus
- Knowledge of online design tools such as Canva are a plus
