Position Overview :

- We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales & Business Development Head to lead our sales initiatives at Mariox Software in Noida. The ideal candidate should have 4-5+ years of experience in a senior sales or business development role, particularly within the IT services industry.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and present proposals, quotes, and presentations to clients showcasing the company's IT services.

- Negotiate and close deals, contracts, and agreements with clients.

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and trends in the IT services industry.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective strategies to attract and retain clients.

- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Proven experience in business development or sales, particularly within the IT services industry.

- Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in selling IT services, software solutions, or technology products.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.

- Existing network or contacts within the IT industry.
