We have an opening for Business Development Manager

Candidate should have complete knowledge of following building solutions:
- Building Management System
- Hotel Guest Room Management & Energy Management System
- Intelligent Building & Lighting Control System
Roleplay:
- Identify and validate potential Growth Segments (Hospitality, Data Centres, Commercial Buildings)
- Identify major solution requirements for the focus segments.
- Understand business value chain, behaviours, key influencers, decision makers.
- Develop value propositions based on needs for each of the segments.
- Establish rapport with influencers and decision makers.
- Prescribe solutions to key influencers and decision makers.
- Developing proposals and quotes along with Pre-sales/Estimation/Proposal team.
- Resolve issues, hurdles to win the projects.
Essential qualifications and skills :
- Engineering Background with Business management.
- Experience in solution business 4-6 years.
- Strong communication, presentation, and IT skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimum guidance and to work in cross functional teams with multiple skills sets.
- Comfortable in managing complex and demanding situations.
- Ability to plan, strategize and execute large orders through multiple agencies.
